Shillong, Jan 30, 2026: MBOSE SSLC Examination 2026 commenced today for Class 10 students across Meghalaya, following the official timetable released by the Meghalaya Board of School Education. The examinations are being conducted from January 30 to February 11, 2026, at designated centres throughout the state.
Students have appeared for the first paper in English, with subsequent subjects scheduled over the coming days. The board has specified that each paper will last three hours, with a brief period before the start for reading instructions. Attendance and adherence to examination protocols are being strictly monitored by centre superintendents.
All exam centres have completed preparations, including seating arrangements and deployment of invigilation staff according to board norms. Students are required to carry valid admit cards and necessary stationery to the centres.
The Meghalaya Board of School Education will release results after the completion of all papers and evaluation procedures. Authorities have emphasised orderly conduct of the examinations and smooth administration at all centres across the state.
